What can Vasa-Spring Garden do for you?

Community Grown Insurance

Vasa-Spring Garden Mutual – your local “Community Grown” mutual insurance company for southern Minnesota. So what does Community Grown Insurance mean, and how are we a VERY different option when it comes to your property insurance?

Homeowners Insurance — Your home is where your cherished memories reside. You not only want to protect the structure, you want to protect its contents — from your great-grandmother’s china to the people who live under its roof. Vasa-Spring Garden offers a wide range of coverages tailored to your life so you can go about the business of living it.

Claims – The reason you buy insurance is to have coverage at the time of a loss to your property. VSGMI partners with Grinnell Mutual to offer excellent claims service. Our adjustors will contact you quickly, determine the scope of loss, and get the paperwork moving so you can get your repairs made and get your life back to normal. We hope you don’t have a loss, but if you do, you can count on us to provide you the coverage and personal assistance that you need.

Inspections – Making sure our customers are protected while reducing their losses is important to Vasa-spring garden Mutual. That is why one of our professional inspectors will visit your home and conduct a safety survey. The visit will include taking photos, checking building dimensions, and gathering other information about the property. Our inspector will be happy to answer any of your questions about the safety of your property.

Farm-Mate – The Future doesn’t always keep its promises. Fortunately, we do. We know farming because our roots are rural. The Farm-Mate policy helps protect your dwelling, farm buildings, and equipment. It’s the stuff you need coverage for but don’t want to think about.
• Dwelling
• Household personal property
• Additional living expense/loss of rents
• Farm outbuildings – Scheduled and nonscheduled farm personal property
